Compressor-condensing units

For climate control systems, for production air conditioning systems

A compressor-condensing unit is an independent part of the refrigeration circuit in a compact individual housing. A CCU only cools air and comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger-condenser, refrigerant circulation piping, a fan for blowing air on the condenser, and an automation system.

FAll the components of the unit are mounted on the same frame to simplify the installation and subsequent maintenance. Removable housing panels allow quick access to internal components.

A CCU is exceptionally easy to operate: the outdoor unit operates on an "on/off" principle.

The outdoor unit has built-in protection components: a compressor crankcase heater, low and high-pressure protection relays. The design includes solenoid valve connection terminals.

    Main technical parameters:

  • Models with capacities from 6.3 to 51.8 kW
  • Charged with R-410A freon
  • Rotary or scroll compressors
  • Operating temperature range of ambient air of between +5 and +43 °C
  • Soundproofed, powder-coated galvanized steel housing
  • Vibration-isolating supports
  • Infinitely variable fan speed control
  • Axial fans with IP54 protection
  • The thermostatic expansion valve (TEV) reduces the pressure and temperature of the freon entering the evaporator and regulates its supply
  • The filter drier removes moisture, acids and solids from the freon circuit
  • The viewing glass allows you to check if there are any water bubbles in the liquid freon
  • The solenoid valve is used to shut off the freon flow in the circuit when the unit is not running

Minimal maintenance
The compressor-condensing unit only requires periodic refilling with freon to ensure reliable, trouble-free operation.
